The patient came to Svetlana Dental & Esthetic Center with complaints of aesthetic problems: anterior teeth were chipped, crossbite on one side, noticeable curve of the upper jaw on the other, crooked smile line.

During a visual examination of the oral cavity, gum problems were diagnosed – there were periodontal pockets, and some roots were exposed.

The first step in creating an aesthetic smile was a surgery to remove periodontal pockets. The second one was bite reshaping with the restoration of all teeth with ceramic crowns.
